Zantedeschia

Kala (Zantedeschia) can now be found in all shades of color, it can also be found as a potted or cut flower. One of the tuberous plants that can be flowered with little attention. Plant the tubers in good quality, water-permeable soil, allowing the soil to dry slightly between two waterings to prevent dagger rot. The tubers can also be folded into an apartment, so it can be a graceful decoration with its varied color splendor. If we have the opportunity to plant it in the garden in summer, so the tubers will develop better and we can expect richer flowering next year. In the fall, be sure to take it to a frost-free place and rest it. In our experience, richer flowering is expected by extending the rest period. Here, in the spring, the frosts enter the garden, depending on the variety, they bloom during the summer and are picked up in the autumn before the frosts, and then, after the leaves have dried, they are wrapped in paper and rest in a cool place until the following spring. |
